1. Cost is 15.00 per person per boat or $20.00 for a family (this includes spouse, children that are home and still going to high school, grandchildren 16yrs and younger or a Parent/Grandparent or Stepparent who is a member. There will also be a $5 per boat big fish pot taken up at each tournament.. Breakdown of money is as follows:
$1.00 to Club 50 cents to other fish category, 50 cents to be used for family outings, $3.00 Fish Off. Balance divided three (3) places. 1st 50%, 2nd place 30% and 3rd place 20%.
2. Pre-registration at monthly meetings or at tournaments will be accepted. The member is responsible to identify a guest at registration. The cut-off time is 15 minutes prior to blast off.
3. Only 2 people will be allowed per boat unless authorized by the tournament director. In the case of a 3rd person in the boat the 3rd person will keep their fish separate and will weigh-in separately. The exception to this rule is if a child under 12 years old is fishing with his/her parents grandpartnt of stepparent.
4. All live wells will be checked with the operator of the boat present.
5. A safety briefing will be held after live well check. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND.
6. Violation of any Water Safety Laws , TWRA regulations or Tournament rules can result in immediate disqualification. The Tournament director , Asst. director and any officers of the club fishing in the tournament will review the complaint after weigh-in and before distribution of prize money.
7. As per by-laws there will be NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed at any club function.
8. All fish will be taken in a sporting manner with only one rod used at a time. No Live Bait.
9. Legal fish are as follows 1. Largemouth 15 inches 2. Smallmouth (State Legal size) 3. Kentucky (spot) 12 inches. All fish will be measured on the Official Gator Golden Rule. No courtesy checks. Creel limit is 5 bass per boat. When fishing on other lakes the length will be determined by the regulations for that particular lake.
10. All bass must come to the scales in a plastic bag with enough water to prevent injury to the fish. Weight will be final once recorded. All fish become property of P.P.C.F.C at that time. WE SUPPORT THE "CATCH AND RELEASE" PROGRAM.
11. The club , officers , tournament director and the place of the club function will not be responsible for any damage to person or personal property.
12. All boats will respect other fishermen's space in a sportsmen manner. (50 Yards Minimum)Trolling is a legal means of fishing.
13. Each member must fish a minimum of 8 tournaments to qualify for the fish-off. Two tournaments can be purchased for $25 each to meet this requirement of 8 tournaments.
